Accuturn provides a comprehensive range of production engineering services using the latest CNC machinery. We work closely with our customers from project conception through to the final stages of full-scale production and assembly.
Quality drives everything we do, and all product batches are subjected to a full, first inspection check, which is then followed by rigorous interim quality control processes. Our quality control procedures are further enhanced by all of our machines being equipped with Renishaw probing technology.
Accuturn provide precision machining of virtually all materials, with a focus on stainless steel. In addition, we operate an in-house de-greasing and passivation line that is dedicated to the thorough cleaning and corrosion-resistance of stainless-steel components.
Our customers work across a diverse range of sectors that include the automotive, medical, construction, faucet and water filtration sectors.
